Analysis & Design Process
My process begins with a comprehensive analysis - starting with a collaborative approach in developing personalized learning objectives with stakeholders. I believe in understanding the audience, learning goals, and contextual nuances before embarking on the creation. Using the ADDIE framework or a backward design model, my process is always an intentional balance where clarity of targeted outcomes meets creativity.
